    Fran was a fervent advocate of fair play for all athletes. His goal was to increase the supervision of open water races, the presence of trained medical professionals, and the education of support staff.

    Fran believed that no dream was too small or big. It is our goal to support all athletes – no matter their ambition. Team Fran helps athletes Work the Dream while also raising money for the Fran Crippen Elevation Foundation.
